I approached my partner Keith Geller, with the idea of starting up a company that could benefit our clients with services for every aspect of the real estate transaction from the inception of the lead to the close of escrow. With his vision similar to my own RENET was formed.
I believe that the current companies are tied down to large overhead that makes it difficult for them to negotiate fees and costs. At RENET, our overhead is low so in turn we pass that savings onto you. I know that if my clients are happy with my honesty and service they will continue to do business with me.
